What shipping methods are available?

For US and international orders, Findtees using live shipping rates (carrier-calculated rates).

We choose the most suitable and reliable carrier for your shipment, taking into account the shipping method that’s been selected and the end-address. You’ll see the specific carrier delivering the package in the order confirmation email.

Here are Findtees’ live rate shipping options:

📦 Overnight (next-day delivery in the US)
📦 Express (1-3 business days in the US, Canada, and internationally)
📦 Standard (3-5 business days in the US and internationally, 3-6 days in Canada)
📦 Economy (5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-10 days internationally)
📦 No rush (10-20 business days internationally)
📦 Flat rate (5-8 business days in the US, 6-12 days in Canada, 5-20 days internationally)

Do you ship internationally?

For now Findtees doesn’t ship orders to Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, and the Crimean Region of Ukraine. We ship internationally to all other countries!

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

You take responsibility for customs fees.

How long will it take to get my package?

US-bound orders have an estimated arrival date that is approximately 3-8 business days after the product has fulfilled.

International orders have an estimated arrival date of 10-20 business days after the product has fulfilled.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet.

Making a payment to us through PayPal is easy. You can use your existing PayPal account or pay by credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Is buying on-line safe?

When making a payment you are temporarily transferred from our site to the secure Stripe and PayPal website. No financial information, passwords, credit card numbers, or personal information other than your name, email address, and shipping address is received by us.

Although Stripe and PayPal are highly secure, we are not responsible for protecting the personal information you share with them.

You are encouraged to read the related Stripe policies and PayPal policies carefully.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an order?

Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want, enter the quantity, and click ‘Add to Cart‘.

Please enter the required information such as Billing Details, Order Notes, etc.

Before choosing ‘Pay with credit card/debit card‘ or  ‘PayPal‘ and then ‘Place order’, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add new Shipping Details, click ‘Ship to a different address‘.

After confirming your order click ‘Place order’ and your payment will be automatically processed by Stripe or PayPal.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Since most orders begin processing immediately, there is a short window for canceling or changing an order. We will make every effort to accommodate changes to or cancellations of orders that have not yet processed, however, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it begins processing.

Please contact us immediately and one of our customer support representatives will be happy to take care of that for you.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you need to register for an account in order to place an order.

How do I track my order?

You can take a look at to see what your order status is. If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at noting your order number.

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

What is your refund policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

If there is an issue with the order you receive, please contact us immediately and one of our representatives will be happy to help make things right within 30 days of receiving your order.

How can I return a product?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
